About WIBS
The Warsaw International Business School is a non-public, non-state educational institution established under private law in the Swiss Confederation and legally operating on the basis of the Federal Constitution and the Swiss Civil Code, in particular: Art. 20 FC: Freedom of Science, Art. 23 FC: Freedom of Association, Art. 27 FC: Economic Freedom and the Arts. 52–58 SCC: Legal Capacity under Private Law.
Warsaw International Business School maintains it´s own Quality Management System regarding the international standard DIN ISO 29990:2010 for learning service providers. DIN ISO 29990:2010 provides a unified standard for learning service providers, including corporations, vocational institutions, and life-long learning centres, around the globe.
The Warsaw International Business School has been founded in 2025 by cooperation agreement with University of Business and Applied Sciences Varsovia. Today the university has been authorized by the Minister of Science and Higher Education, as a higher education institution. The University is entitled to offer undergraduate and postgraduate studies in various fields of study and has accredited the Warsaw International Business School as Training and Education Centre at offshore-campus in Asia, Africa and Europe.
The University of Business and Applied Sciences Varsovia entered to the Register of non-public Universities and Associations of non-public Universities, run by the Polish Minister of Science and Higher Education, under the Registration No. 383.

University of Business and Applied Sciences "Varsovia"
On September 26, 2024, Adw. Magdalena Stryja was officially appointed Rector of the University of Business and Applied Sciences "Varsovia". With over two decades in higher education and significant involvement in the Polish Bar since 2015, she brings extensive academic leadership experience. She is a distinguished legal scholar and the first Polish lawyer admitted to the University of Cambridge-led CISDL. A key organizer at UN Climate Summits (COP24-COP28), she has received multiple awards for her work in climate law. Her expertise includes authoring publications on climate law and modern technologies for international publishers, and she has lectured in Labor Law for over 12 years. She is also a graduate of a secondary music school and actively supports young musical talent as a juror in competitions.

OUR REGIONAL OFFICES
Warsaw International Business School
(WIBS) at the University of Business and Applied Sciences Varsovia has
established a strong regional presence across Asia and the Middle East,
supporting the international promotion, delivery, and development of globally
recognised academic and executive education programmes and operates under the
academic leadership of Professor Dr. Venkatesh Karanam, Regional Academic
Director.
WIBS has further expanded its
regional footprint through its Branch Office in Hyderabad, India, and its South
East Asia Office in Jakarta, Indonesia, operating under PT UNIES Business
School. Together, these offices form an integrated regional network dedicated
to advancing the academic vision of Warsaw International Business School and
its international strategic partners.
The regional offices are responsible
for the promotion, marketing, recruitment, academic coordination, and delivery
of Executive Certificate, Professional Diploma, Master of Business
Administration (MBA), and Doctoral (DBA and PhD) programmes through the
Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) and Continuous Professional Development
(CPD) platforms. In addition, they facilitate strategic collaborations with
universities and higher education institutions throughout the region to develop
3+0 degree pathways, dual-degree programmes, academic exchanges, and research
partnerships.
